    Освоение выпускниками магистерской программы 08.04.01 Строительство профиль: «Управление строительной организацией» дает возможность выпускнику успешно двигаться вверх по карьерной лестнице в сфере управления строительным комплексом и строительными организациями, обеспечить устойчивое инновационное развитие организаций строительного комплекса.

    Магистерская программа разработана в соответствии с профессиональным стандартом «Руководитель строительной организации», утвержденным приказом Министерства труда и социальной защиты Российской Федерации от «26» декабря 2014 g. №1182н.

    ТРЕБОВАНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО СТАНДАРТА:

    1.Основная цель вида профессиональной деятельности:

     Управление деятельностью строительной организации;

     Управление и организация производственной и финансово-экономической деятельности строительной организации;

     Обеспечение соответствия деятельности строительной организации требованиям законодательных и иных нормативных правовых актов;

     Руководство работниками строительной организации.

    3.Требования к образованию

    Высшее образование специалист, бакалавр по направлениям подготовки: construction, production management (in construction, городском хозяйстве), architecture.

    Обучение по магистерской программе «Управление строительной организацией» обеспечивает одновременное развитие личностных качеств и профессиональных компетенций обучающихся, в области управления строительными организациями на базе изучения следующих вопросов: стратегическое управление и планирование деятельности строительной организации; оперативное управление и планирование деятельности строительной организации; организация производственной деятельности строительной организации; организация финансово-хозяйственной деятельности строительной организации; оптимизация производственной и финансово-хозяйственной деятельности строительной организации; формирование корпоративной культуры строительной организации; руководство работниками строительной организации и др.

    В процессе освоения магистерской программы обучающиеся по данному профилю проходят производственную и учебную практики на предприятиях строительства.

    Итоговая аттестация по профилю включает защиту выпускной квалификационной работы.

    При поступлении в магистратуру 08.04.01 Строительство профиль: «Управление строительной организацией» абитуриенты проходят вступительные испытания по следующим дисциплинам «Строительные материалы», «Основы архитектуры и строительных конструкций», «Организация, планирование и управление в строительстве», «Основы менеджмента, управления проектами», «Технологические процессы в строительстве», «Технология возведения зданий и сооружений», «Экономика строительной организации».

    Профиль «Управление строительной организацией» позволяет подготовить профессионалов, обладающих современными знаниями и способных выполнять высокоэффективную деятельность в области создания и функционирования конкурентоспособных организаций строительного комплекса.

    Программа предназначена для вступительных испытаний абитуриентов, поступающих по направлению подготовки «Строительство», а также для оценки их подготовки к освоению основной образовательной магистерской программы «Управление строительной организацией».
