The order of invitations and visas issue for the foreign citizens
In order to have a Russian visa, one should have an invitation for entry to the Russian Federation, which is issued by the Federal migration service department of the Tyumen region.
The list of necessary documents:
- Copy of the international passport (of those pages, where there are notes, records, photographs). The passport must be valid for 6 more months after the visa expiration date.
- Completed Invitation application form
- Signed and scanned copy of the academic agreement for professional training, or courses.
On the basis of the invitations, issued by the subdivisions of the Federal migration service department, there are оregular visas issued. The visas are of the following types:
- Post-graduate studies;
- Training
- Courses
- Studies
- Cultural links
The invitations issue period is - 40 days (30 days from the moment of the documents acceptance at the migration service department, 10 days for the documents processing in the International office).
Initially the visa is issued for the 90-day period (one-entry visa), upon the arrival to Tyumen for 20 working days before the visa expiration the documents for multi-entry visa should be turned in.
The cost for the invitation is 200 rubles, issue and prolongation of the multi-entry visa - 400 rubles, prolongation of the stay period - 200 rubles. |
